Nors saved me well over $10,000 by reducing my DUI to a wet reckless, while also getting my probation terminated 8 months early and getting this all expunged from my record. To say I'd recommend him would be an understatement. Nors is the real deal and I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me. Attentive, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, the whole 9 yards. 10/10!!!

Nors was a rock star attorney for my Husband and I.  My Husband had received his second DUI, however he had not been drinking. We were so worried for our Family and what would happen. Nors was able to untangle the police report, and help get this off my husbands record. Nors knowledge of the law and his ability to navigate the court system is amazing.  We are very grateful that we used him.

In honor of   "Love Your Lawyer Day" I would like to express my Love for our Lawyer, Nors Davidson!  It was very reassuring to have Attorney Nors Davidson representing my son during a very traumatic legal battle he was facing.   Nors was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and empathetic in dealing with both his client (my son) and his panic stricken mother (myself).   He took time to explain every step of what seemed to be a very lengthy and confusing legal process and he truly cared about my son's recovery along the way.    Nors was able to get my son's sentence significantly reduced and the experience has changed my son's life for the better.   We Love You Nors! Nors Davidson is the best DUI lawyer in the bay area. NOT that I have a ton of experience; this being my first and last offense-- but I've heard most are pretty apathetic from people in my DUI classes and various people I've met or know.

Nors went out of his way for me and helped me tremendously. It was pretty much exactly a year ago that I got home from Martinez detention facility and was scrolling through these reviews with a bad headache. I called him and he was very warm and comforting through a rough situation.

I love this guy!!!
I found him over a year ago when I was wrongly arrested on a DUI charge that he later got overturned to a Wet & reckless.   THANK YOU NORS!  
I have to say every attorney and legal official we ran into, could not say enough wonderful things about this attorney.  Although my DUI was overturned to a Wet and Wreckless it still gave me 2 pts. on my driving record and  for the next 14 months I added to more points= A LOSS OF MY LICENSE!   SADDENED BEYOND BELIEF and SCARED, I gave a call to Nors, he within the first 2 mins. of our conversation put my mind at ease.  Last week we WON in court and I cannot THANK HIM ENOUGH!  IF I could "SHOUT FROM THE ROOF TOPS" I WOULD.  The world needs more caring attorney's like him.  And for the record, NEVER had he made me feel like I wasn't important, or I was just a case number.  He's a number saved in my cell for life.

To EVERYONE WHO READS THIS!!!! I actually found his name on the internet last year, Feb. 2014 after I spent the night in jail for a DUI, all though I wasn't driving, nor a ticket or an accident . I was scared on so many levels, losing my job, my family, my perfect driving record, myself.... From the moment we spoke on the phone for the very first time, we gave me some "light, at the end of this deep dark tunnel I was facing". He and his office staff kept me updated on all the fact findings to help turn my case around. From talking to others who have went done this road, is was relatively priced for what he did for me. I know reading my store may/may not help you, you're probably scared beyond recognition but HE CAN HELP. He's very well respected in the Legal Community and he FIGHTS for YOU!!!! Give his office a call, you'll be happy you did. Oh and by the way, I got my DUI turned over, they reduced it do to the nature of the case. I still received 2 points on my DMV but better that than losing my job, license, family or self

I was referred to Nors by a friend. He represented me in a bogus DUI case in which I wasn't driving the vehicle. I was sitting in the driver seat to prevent someone drunk from driving. That's why I didn't have the keys and the car wasn't on. Nors found it absolutely ridiculous that they would convict me of a crime I didn't commit. It would be an injustice for me. So he did everything he could do for me. He fought hard for me for five long days. Not to mention the dmv hear and everything else he prepared before trial. The end result, the verdict was NOT GUILTY! I thank him very much because I drive everyday.  Not being able to drive was a big headache for me because drive back and forth from sf to Oakland everyday. So thank you again. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Davidson is Highly informative Lawyer whom I met very recently to assist my cousins DUI case, He has been Very friendly, Very responsive to work on my Brothers case, He was very attentive and make sure that he received all the docs etc., he always keep us posted regarding the case updates and he his just phone call away from. He has really worked on the case and got us great deal, I was really surprised by his way of working towards the case, at the end of the day, I am really Happy.

In Oct of 2012 I was charged with my 2nd DUI offense while up in the San Francisco area vacationing for the weekend. As you can imagine this was a total nightmare for me to have to deal with, especially residing from the Long Beach area (southern California). I researched and made multiple calls in an effort to obtain an attorney to represent me and my situation.

While researching I came across the services of Nors Davidson. In speaking with Nors I found him to be very knowledgeable and upfront with me in regards to the situation and what to expect in the proceedings to come. Having gone through the situation 7 years prior I pretty much knew what to expect and what I was in store for. Never the less, Nors kept me updated and did an awesome job of keeping me mobile (work purposes), for as long as possible. He represented me at my DMV hearing and at all of my court appearances, (never had to appear in court!)

Nors even appeared on my behalf to recall a bench warrant that was issued against me as the result of a clerical error on the part of the courts. He stood in for me and showed proof of the paper work in question to the Judge and was able to get the warrant recalled and my probation reinstated without further incident.

Nors represented me in a recent 1st offense DUI charge and I was very happy with the outcome!  
He earned his lawyer "wings" in my opinion when he offered to head back to the Courthouse in pouring rain (with no umbrella) because I forgot to get referral paperwork for my 3 month DUI program.  He was there for me through the entire miserable court & DMV process, and I couldn't have done it with someone that made me worry whether or not it was being handled.  I trusted and knew that he would fight for what he thought was fair ..(and then some) in my circumstances.  And He Did IT!
I definitely did my research and you'll find that he has very favorable reviews and awards for the work that he does.  You can find him on AVVO and Facebook as well.
See you in 3 years Nors when its' time to get the DUI expunged.

Nors has dealt with, and continues to deal with, a few unfortunate matters in my life. He is by far the most attentive lawyer I've dealt with and makes sure to keep me apprised of all the intricacies of my case(s).  

Recently, on an expungement, Nors had to argue with a DA and a Judge for the better part of 10 minutes, which is a very long time in court time. The judge spent most of this time citing my shortcomings and truly making me feel like a degenerate, which I'm not, though I understood his standpoint. Despite the judges fervent diatribe against my person, Nors went toe to toe with him, citing numerous precedents and extolling my virtues. By the end, we looked at each other, sure that we had lost, but the judge granted the expungement, in no small part due to Nors' efforts. By the time we left the courtroom you could hear a pin drop and we were both breaking a sweat from the unexpected battle.

In a nutshell, when you fall on hard times, Nors is who you want in your corner. He is not some big-box law firm who will outsource your case to god knows where, he is a caring person who understands what you are going through. After nearly 4 years having Nors as my lawyer, I consider him a friend and someone I can truly rely upon to keep me out of jeopardy.

Things I like about Nors

1) He handles everything for you (goes to court waits in line etc) this is great for someone like me cause I work and hate going to traffic court.
2) He is very easy to work with and honest
3) He is responsible when  he says he will go to court and represent you he will this make me very comfortable.
4) His results he has got me off the hook or a slap on the wrist every time, tell you the truth I shouldn't even have a license right now.

Nors is the reason that I signed up for a Yelp account, and he deserves every star I leave for my first review and more.

Nors is at his very essence a person who really cares about the well-being of the client. He is a straightforward, charismatic guy who inspires your confidence and he gets results. I sought him out after another lawyer mishandled my case initially, and my only regret is that I didn't find Nors from the very beginning.

Professionally, I was 100% confident in his depth of knowledge and handling of the case. Nors was on top of his game and took the time to explain every nuance of the case and the players involved to me. He has been working in this area for a long time and enjoys the respect of the very people we had to appeal to in our case. We had a very difficult case and Nors was very realistic about the possible outcomes with me. Thanks to his persistence and hard work, he achieved a fantastic result for me that was as good as I could have asked for, and I am very happy and relieved with the entire experience.

Nors is a lawyer who really cares. His is able to handle such sensitive cases with a great deal of compassion.  A quality not usually found in his field.  He has the experience and it shows in each obstacle we hit. You definitely

Mr. Davidson helped us through a very difficult situation. Unlike most in his class he is extremely compassionate and that made all the difference. He is incredibly knowledgeable in this field and simply did not give up. Long after most people would have walked away he didn't. He won our case and went above and beyond the expected. Mr. Davidson is a focused professional dedicated to DUI defense. He knows this field and how to navigate though it. If you find yourself stuck in this unfortunate position I would not look any further for a lawyer.

I must say Mr. Davidson is a defense attorney worthy of five stars. He delivered the best outcome in my case even after dealing with the biggest Richard assistant DA in SF. Like the other reviews, his a straight forward and to the point attorney, who cares about the client's outcome than money. I was lucky to get him as my legal representative so thank you so much Mr. Davidson.

Nors Davidson may be one of the "little guys" in the business of DUI defense, but I can say from my experience with him that he works extremely hard for the best possible results.  Mr. Davidson is reasonable with his fees and offered a payment plan that didn't break the bank.  He was always available to meet with me personally in his office and never made me do anything I didn't want to do.  What I think makes him different from the other lawyers is that he really cares, and not just about the money.  My experience with him was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a DUI attorney.

Nors Davidson represented my son for a DUI and the DUI was dropped. His dedication and professionalism were very much appreicated, as well as the personal attention he provided regarding my minor son's future. He tells it to you straight upfront and does not beat around the bush with promises that he does not believe he can fulfill.  He is very charming and a pleasure to work with.  I would recommend him highly to anyone who ever needs a DUI attorney.
